- Setting up the space.

- The importance of the posture.

- Practice:

Practice 1.: Shamata: object of the meditation. Breathing: nostrils-belly breathing.

Sharing experiences.

Practice 2.: Including the body: sensations, feelings, emotions, sounds...

Sharing experiences.

Practice 3.: Including the heart.: love towards oneself and others. 

Sharing experiences.

TIBETAN BUDDHIST MEDITATION I. Requisites: introductory workshop 

From Varajyana Tradition. Kagyu School.

Four days workshop, one day/week for deepening into the meditation practice.

Every practice will be followed by a time for writing about your experience and a time for Q&A.

TIBETAN BUDDHIST MEDITATION II. Requisites: Tibetan Buddhist Meditation I.

From Varajyana Tradition. Kagyu School.

Five days workshop, one day/week for deepening into the meditation practice. 

Every practice will be followed by a time for writing about your personal experience and a time for Q&A.
